Men's 20,000 Meters Walk

 
 
 
Introduced into the Olympics in 1956, The World Championships in 1983, The European Championships 1946 and The Commonwealth Games in 1966. In the European Championships between 1946-1954 was run over 10 km. In the Commonwealth Games between 1966-1974 was run over 20 miles (32.187 km) and between 1978-1994 was run over 30 km.
